– Standard hotel check-in is 14:00/15:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs, subject to hotel policy.
– Early check-in, late check-out, room preferences, and special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
– City taxes and refundable hotel security deposits, where applicable, are payable directly by the guest.
– Passport must have a minimum of 6 months’ validity from the date of travel.
– SIC (Seat-in-Coach) services operate on a shared basis; PVT (Private) services operate on a private vehicle basis.
– Guests must be present at the designated pickup point on time. For SIC services, the vehicle will wait only 5–10 minutes.
– Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical expenses, cancellations, baggage loss, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
– Prabas Holidays will not be liable for expenses arising from flight delays/cancellations, weather, natural disasters, accidents, medical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
