• Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our Prabas Holidays representative and transferred to your hotel.
• After check-in, enjoy some free time to relax and settle in.
• Depending on your arrival time, you may take a short walk around the local area and experience the atmosphere of Kathmandu.

Overnight: Kathmandu

• After breakfast, begin your full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu.
• Visit one of Nepal’s most important Hindu temples and a significant spiritual site on the banks of the Bagmati River.
• Continue to Boudhanath, one of the world’s largest Buddhist stupas. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and explore the surrounding monasteries and Tibetan-influenced streets.
• Visit the famous hilltop stupa, popularly known as the Monkey Temple, offering panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley.

Explore the historic palace complex, traditional architecture, courtyards and temples in the heart of old Kathmandu.

After sightseeing, return to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Overnight: Kathmandu

• After an early breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj.
• Upon arrival in Nepalgunj, meet your driver and begin the scenic road journey towards the Rara region.
• The drive takes you through changing landscapes, from the warmer plains towards the hills of western Nepal.
• Enjoy the beautiful scenery and rural landscapes along the way.
• Depending on road and weather conditions, accommodation will be arranged at a suitable overnight stop.

Overnight: Rara 

• After breakfast, continue your scenic drive towards Rara Lake.
• The road gradually takes you deeper into the hills, with spectacular mountain scenery, forests, rivers and traditional villages along the way.
• Upon reaching the Rara area, check in to your accommodation.
• Take some time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
• In the evening, enjoy your first views of the magnificent Rara Lake, surrounded by green hills and mountains.

Overnight: Rara

• Wake up to the peaceful beauty of Rara.
• After breakfast, spend the day exploring and enjoying the area around Rara Lake, Nepal’s largest lake.
• Take a leisurely walk along the lakeshore, enjoy the pristine natural surroundings and capture beautiful photographs.
• You may also enjoy boating on the lake, subject to weather conditions and local operation.
• Spend the afternoon relaxing by the lake or exploring the nearby trails and viewpoints.
• The evening is yours to enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Overnight: Rara

• After breakfast, begin your return journey by road towards Nepalgunj.
• Enjoy the scenic drive through the hills and countryside, with opportunities to stop along the way for photographs and refreshments.
• Upon arrival in Nepalgunj, check in to your hotel and relax.
• If time permits, enjoy a short local exploration or simply rest after the long journey.

Overnight: Nepalgunj

• After breakfast, transfer to Nepalgunj Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu.
• Upon arrival in Kathmandu, enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping or personal activities, depending on your onward flight schedule.
• Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure.
• End of the Journey
